Meorient Exhibition has made an announcement stating its plan to allocate RMB 150 million of its internal funds to subscribe for shares in Shanghai Jieyue Xingchen Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., with the aim of acquiring a minority stake. This investment endeavor is devoid of any related-party transactions and does not amount to a significant asset restructuring. Meorient Exhibition, which mainly focuses on overseas exhibition businesses, has no operational overlap with the target company and will refrain from involving itself in the latter's daily management affairs. Although the investment may be subject to risks such as discrepancies in technological evaluation, failure to achieve anticipated returns, and potential loss of the principal amount, it is not expected to affect the company's existing business operations or asset security.
