According to an official announcement from Tencent Cloud, on April 29, 2026, Tencent IMA formally launched a novel Agent mode dubbed 'Copilot.' This innovative mode empowers users to craft their very own personalized Agents. One of its standout features is a self-evolving memory system. Through four distinct modules—copilot settings, user profiles, long-term memory, and expertise skills—it meticulously retains user backgrounds, habits, and ongoing tasks. This system facilitates seamless cross-scenario invocation, significantly diminishing the necessity for repetitive input.

When users are browsing web pages, files, knowledge bases, or notes, Copilot can intelligently perceive the current content. It then offers continuous assistance, eliminating the need for users to upload additional files for it to comprehend and process information. Moreover, the Copilot skills ecosystem has been rolled out concurrently. It comes equipped with built-in official skill packages and supports on-demand loading of extended skills. Currently, Copilot is accessible on Mac, Windows, iOS, Android, and HarmonyOS platforms. To gain access to these features, users need to submit an application, and approvals will be granted in the order in which the applications are received, adhering to the first-come, first-served principle.
