On April 15, Bloomberg disclosed that Microsoft has reached an agreement to lease computational resources at a data center located in Norway. This center was initially earmarked for OpenAI's ambitious 'Stargate' initiative. Microsoft is set to lease an extra 30,000 NVIDIA Vera Rubin chips at its Arctic Circle campus in Narvik, Norway, building upon its already substantial investment of $6.2 billion at the location.
