Zhiyuan Robotics, in a joint effort with Peking University and the Beijing Academy of Artificial Intelligence, has showcased a fully autonomous table tennis interaction system that operates without the need for remote control. At the heart of this breakthrough lies the SpikePingpong algorithm, which has been successfully implemented on the humanoid robot, Lingxi X2. SpikePingpong stands as the world's inaugural humanoid robot table tennis motion control algorithm, seamlessly blending high-frequency spiking vision with imitation learning. This innovative fusion empowers the robot with precise perception capabilities and enables full-body coordinated control in high-speed, dynamic table tennis scenarios.
