AspenCore recently released the '2026 China IC Design Fabless 100 Ranking' and simultaneously unveiled the '2026 Top 10 AI Chip Companies' list. The ranked companies include Cambricon, Moore Threads, MetaX, Biren Technology, Tsingmicro, Axera, Intellifusion, Iluvatar CoreX, SemiDrive, and Black Sesame Technologies. Among them, Cambricon leads with a market capitalization of RMB 443.4 billion, achieving nearly RMB 6.5 billion in revenue in 2025 and marking its first annual profit since going public. Moore Threads has a market capitalization of RMB 268.2 billion, with revenue growing by 243% year-on-year. MetaX holds a market capitalization of RMB 244 billion and possesses the capability for 10,000-card-level AI training cluster solutions.
