This funding round was spearheaded by industry giants Amazon, NVIDIA, and SoftBank, with significant contributions from institutional investors including Microsoft. Additionally, individual investors funneled over $3 billion into the initiative through banking channels. The fresh capital will be allocated toward chip procurement, data center expansion, and top-tier talent acquisition, all aimed at bolstering OpenAI’s intelligent infrastructure development.
