On March 30, Lenovo Tianxi AI Ecosystem unveiled the commencement of beta testing for its Tianxi AI Claw, which bears the codename “Lobster.” This move signifies another stride forward in its strategic布局 (translated as “deployment” for better cultural fit here, as “layout” can be a bit literal; “deployment” conveys the idea of planned arrangement and expansion more naturally in this context) within the realm of personal super-agents.
Throughout the beta testing period, users are granted complimentary access to a wealth of cloud-based large-scale model resources. The product adopts a hybrid edge-cloud deployment approach. This innovative setup significantly bolsters the seamless continuity of task processing.
To be eligible for participation, users are required to upgrade their “Tianxi Personal Super-Agent” to version 3.6. Subsequently, they can apply for an invitation code via a queue system.
This beta testing endeavor mirrors the ongoing transformation within the AI industry, transitioning from a “single-edge” paradigm to “edge-cloud collaboration.” Lenovo, with this initiative, aspires to reshape the logic of human-computer interaction in AI PCs. By fine-tuning the allocation of computing power, it aims to set a fresh benchmark for the industry.
