With Ross Nordeen’s departure this Friday, all 11 co-founders who launched xAI alongside Elon Musk have now left the company. Since the integration of xAI and SpaceX in early February, a considerable number of the founding team members have stepped down. Musk has acknowledged that xAI faced structural challenges at its inception and is currently undergoing a complete overhaul.
