From March 27 to 29, Shanghai played host to the Global Developers Pioneer Conference. During an interview with Securities Times, Zhong Junhao, Secretary-General of the Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Industry Association, commented on the recent surge in 'lobster farming' as a telling sign of AI's evolution from a mere production tool to a driving force of productivity. He noted that AI agent technology is currently undergoing rapid iteration, with the industry in an exploratory phase. Regarding AI safety and regulation, Zhong emphasized that we should not be deterred by potential risks, nor should we turn a blind eye to them. Instead, we should leverage the existing cybersecurity management framework, integrating it with the inherent security features of large models, to progressively guide and regulate the industry's development.
