Amidst the AI surge, he emphasized the importance of proactive engagement over a defensive approach, noting there’s no immediate need to hastily pursue becoming a ‘token’ generator. He highlighted that general AI faces challenges in effectively managing real-world service experiences. Without in-depth involvement in fulfillment services, AI’s capabilities would be confined to intelligent chat functions. Presently, Meituan has introduced an AI assistant named ‘Xiaoguan’ for all its users, with the goal of developing a user-focused local service AI agent.
