On March 23, 2026, West Lake Robotics, a startup company nurtured by West Lake University, proudly presented its humanoid robot, 'Titan O1,' in Hangzhou. This cutting-edge robot is integrated with the world's inaugural Generalized Action Embodiment (GAE) system, designed for seamless action generalization. This innovative system can be likened to endowing the robot with a versatile 'cerebellum,' empowering it to transcend temporal and spatial barriers, replicate human actions instantaneously, and execute coordinated hand-foot maneuvers. Remarkably, it can adapt to unfamiliar actions without the need for pre-programming and facilitates 'one-to-many' remote operation. Independently developed by the dedicated team at West Lake University, this groundbreaking technology stands at least six months ahead of the international competition. Its future applications span high-risk environments such as fire rescue and mining operations, as well as a wide array of other domains.
