A mere five years post its launch, the Windows 11 operating system has managed to secure a substantial 75% market share. Yet, its reputation pales in comparison to its market dominance, a disparity that became especially pronounced following the glitch-ridden January update of this year. Since the preceding year, Microsoft has been fervently integrating AI functionalities into Windows 11, with the ambitious goal of evolving it into an inherently AI-driven system. However, a significant portion of these AI enhancements introduced by Microsoft have failed to meet expectations. They have been met with criticism, labeled as hastily implemented additions that seem to prioritize task completion over a thorough consideration of the user experience.
