On March 19, during the SU7 launch event, Xiaomi unveiled its latest strides in the realm of AI large-scale models. Lei Jun, the leader of Xiaomi, articulated that the company is zeroing in on the research and development of fundamental technologies within the hardcore tech sector. Xiaomi has laid out plans to allocate no less than 60 billion yuan to the AI field over the forthcoming three years. By 2026, the expenditure on AI R&D and capital outlays is projected to surpass 16 billion yuan.
