On March 17, 2026, Alibaba introduced the world's inaugural enterprise-level AI-native work platform, named 'Wukong.' As an independent application, this platform is currently accessible for invited testing and is set to be seamlessly integrated into DingTalk, a platform already utilized by more than 20 million enterprise organizations. Wukong facilitates the connection of enterprise DingTalk accounts, ensures secure access permissions, and integrates with application systems. It boasts an enterprise-grade runtime environment, guaranteeing that AI Agents automatically adhere to enterprise permission protocols, with all operations executed within a secure sandbox. The transparency of token consumption and associated costs is another key feature. Furthermore, Alibaba's ecosystem business-to-business (ToB) capabilities will be progressively incorporated into Wukong in the form of skills. Wukong is also poised to make inroads into the global market, supporting integrations with leading global IM platforms such as WeChat and Slack. Users have the flexibility to remotely activate Wukong to accomplish tasks on both computers and mobile devices, or they can directly utilize the Wukong Agent embedded in the latest DingTalk AI 2.0 iteration. Concurrently, Wukong has launched an AI capabilities marketplace, which is fully compatible with the open-source Skill system, with the ambition of establishing the 'world's largest ToB Skill marketplace.' In tandem, Wukong has unveiled OPT solutions tailored for ten key industries, encompassing ten scenarios including e-commerce, cross-border e-commerce, and knowledge-based blogging. Users can activate these solutions with a single click, instantly acquiring an 'Agent team' skilled in industry-specific tasks.
