Today, media outlets reached out to DingTalk's customer service to inquire whether enterprises are permitted to utilize OpenClaw, widely recognized by its nickname "Lobster." The response from customer service emphasized that, in the absence of professional staff to implement robust security protocols, it is inadvisable for enterprises to deploy this software directly on work computers or within office settings. Earlier, the National Internet Emergency Center had issued a risk alert, highlighting security vulnerabilities associated with OpenClaw, including "prompt injection" and risks stemming from "misoperation."
