Recently, Wanshifu unveiled Pea AI, marking a significant milestone as the first dedicated AI agent tailored specifically for China’s home service sector. Designed to empower consumers, this innovative solution adopts a multi-layered approach that combines "AI-driven intelligent diagnostics, step-by-step visual and textual guides, and seamless matching with certified service professionals" to effectively resolve a wide range of household issues.

Pea AI is powered by Wanshifu’s proprietary 12-year data repository, which encompasses industry-standard pricing models, resources from a vast network of over 4 million service providers, and insights gleaned from processing more than 200 million customer orders. Following a successful beta launch in February, the official 1.0 version places a strong emphasis on home appliance repairs, directly tackling long-standing consumer pain points such as exorbitant and inconsistent pricing, as well as the frustration of recurring repair needs.
