Recently, Anthropic rolled out the "Claude Open Source Support Program," which grants six months of complimentary access to Claude Max 20x for key contributors and maintainers of well-known open-source projects. To be eligible, applicants must serve as primary maintainers or core team members of public repositories. Their projects should boast over 5,000 stars on GitHub or exceed 1 million monthly downloads on NPM. Additionally, they must demonstrate a history of regular code commits, version releases, or PR reviews within the past three months. For smaller-scale yet crucial infrastructure projects, Anthropic also encourages applications, provided they include explanations of the project's significance. At present, the application portal is open, and developers can sign up via the sales contact page on the official Claude website.
