For example, when a user mentions needing a meal for work, ‘Xiao K’ swiftly generates a suitable meal package tailored to their needs. Within the car infotainment system, users enjoy a seamless experience: they can select meals, make payments, and receive navigation guidance to the pickup point—all through simple voice commands. The system seamlessly integrates with ‘Xiao K’ to facilitate this process. By harnessing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technology, ‘Xiao K’ adeptly captures user preferences through multi-round dialogues, ensuring a smooth and efficient closed-loop service process. Moreover, ‘Xiao K’ boasts a memory function that learns from user history.
