Recently, during an interview at Tesla’s Gigafactory in Germany, Elon Musk made a bold prediction: within the next 10 years, advancements in artificial intelligence and robotics will render work optional, freeing individuals from the necessity of laboring simply to sustain themselves. This forecast comes despite recent concerns that AI could trigger an economic downturn. Musk, however, remains optimistic, asserting that innovations like Tesla’s Optimus general-purpose humanoid robot will fully assume the responsibilities of ensuring human survival. He also unveiled Tesla’s three key strategic moves in the mobility sector: the launch of Full Self-Driving (FSD) technology in the European market this March, the commencement of mass production for the Cybercab in April, and further developments to follow.
