The SASAC has put forward a proposal urging central enterprises to enhance their investment guidance and actively expand effective investment in computing power. It advocates for the promotion of synergy between "computing power and electricity," the improvement of comprehensive data governance capabilities throughout the entire chain, and the strengthening of the foundation for the artificial intelligence (AI) industry. During the conference focused on deepening the deployment of the "AI+" special initiative for central enterprises, the SASAC mandated that these enterprises should intensify their efforts in independent innovation, achieve breakthroughs in key core technologies, tackle challenges related to "large model" technologies, and facilitate the industrialization of research findings. Additionally, it emphasized the need to enhance scenario development, drive the large-scale application of AI, strengthen open-source collaboration, promote the iterative upgrading of open-source communities, advance the construction of the "AI+" industrial ecosystem, and cultivate a mutually beneficial industrial environment.
