Insider sources reveal that ByteDance is currently in the midst of developing an artificial intelligence (AI) chip. Furthermore, the company is actively engaged in discussions with Samsung Electronics concerning chip production, with the aim of ensuring a stable supply of cutting-edge processors. ByteDance has set its sights on obtaining chip samples by the close of March. Its production blueprint for the current year includes manufacturing a minimum of 100,000 chips, specifically tailored for AI inference tasks.
