Hongfuhan (301086.SZ) has declared that it has entered into a “Tripartite Cooperation Framework Agreement” with Guangdong Quanxiang and Jiangxi Xiexun. In this agreement, the three parties have committed to collaborating extensively in the realms of AI servers and robotics. In addition, Hongfuhan has also signed an “Equipment Purchase and Sales Contract” with Guangdong Quanxiang. According to this contract, Hongfuhan will provide Guangdong Quanxiang with a range of products, including handling robots, collaborative robots, and charging robots. The overall value of the contract stands at 480 million yuan (inclusive of taxes), which represents roughly 59.68% of the company's audited main - business revenue for 2024. Should the contract be carried out without a hitch, it is expected to exert a favorable influence on the company's financial performance.
