On the morning of February 3, the 16th Shanghai Municipal People's Congress held its Fourth Session at the World Expo Center. During the session, Mayor Gong Zheng of Shanghai presented the Government Work Report. The report outlined Shanghai's commitment to further propel the 'AI Plus' initiative forward this year. This will involve enhancing the strategic deployment of computing power infrastructure, establishing industry-specific corporations, developing vertical models, and other related areas. Moreover, Shanghai aims to foster the widespread adoption of next-generation intelligent terminals and agents, expedite the intelligent transformation of pivotal industries, with plans to inaugurate over 50 state-of-the-art smart factories, and actively nurture innovative models and formats for intelligent native applications.
