Apple Inc. is gearing up to give Siri a substantial makeover later this year. The company aims to introduce its inaugural AI chatbot, internally codenamed Campos, in a bid to go head - to - head with tech giants like OpenAI and Google. In terms of integration, this innovative chatbot will be seamlessly woven into the operating systems of iPhones, iPads, and Macs, effectively taking over the role of the current Siri interface. When it comes to activation, users have two convenient options. They can simply utter the word "Siri" to bring it to life, or they can press and hold the side button on their respective Apple devices. From a timeline perspective, Apple has set its sights on making a grand debut of this new feature at its Worldwide Developers Conference in June. Following the unveiling, the company plans to officially roll it out to the public in September.
