This model leverages a blend of account-related data cues and user behavioral patterns, including factors like long-term usage tendencies, the duration since account registration, and daily active times. The primary goal of this move is to enhance safeguards for younger users. Upon being flagged as a minor, the system will automatically activate more stringent safety protocols and limit access to sensitive content. In cases where a user is incorrectly identified as a minor, they have the option to undergo verification through Persona, a third-party identity verification service, to regain full account access.
