Among these, AI chip maker Cambricon claimed the top spot, boasting a valuation of 63 billion yuan, marking a remarkable 165% year-on-year surge. Moore Threads, the pioneer in domestically produced GPU stocks, secured the second position with a valuation of 31 billion yuan. MetaX, one of China's inaugural high-end GPU firms to achieve full-process localization, ranked third, valued at 25 billion yuan.

Moreover, other notable companies like iFLYTEK and Horizon Robotics also earned high rankings on the list. In terms of geographical spread, Beijing emerged as the leader, housing 19 listed companies, followed by Shanghai with 14, Shenzhen with 6, and Guangzhou with 4.
