Indonesian authorities announced on Saturday the temporary ban of Elon Musk's Grok chatbot due to concerns over its potential to generate pornographic content, making Indonesia the first country to block access to this AI tool. Previously, governments and regulatory agencies across Eurasia have condemned and launched investigations into the app's issues with pornographic content. Indonesia's Minister of Communication and Digital pointed out that non-consensual deepfake practices violate human rights, and the ministry also summoned executives from X Corporation for discussions on the matter.
