According to the guidelines, by 2027, China is set to achieve a secure and dependable supply of pivotal core technologies in the field of artificial intelligence. This will position the nation's industrial scale and level of technological empowerment among the global leaders. Furthermore, the guidelines delineate seven critical tasks, focusing on the establishment of an innovation foundation and the enhancement of intelligence capabilities. These tasks are designed to foster a mutually beneficial relationship between AI technology and manufacturing applications, driving progress in both domains.
