At the keynote address during Lenovo's 11th Tech World conference, Lenovo and NVIDIA jointly took the wraps off the Lenovo AI Cloud Gigafactory. Lenovo's Chairman, Yang Yuanqing, alongside NVIDIA's Founder, Jensen Huang, officially kicked off the Gigawatt (GW)-Scale AI Factory Initiative.

This initiative is designed to empower AI cloud service providers to deploy next-generation AI workloads and applications at a faster pace. By offering ready-to-deploy components and other accelerated deployment techniques, it allows service providers to promptly deliver tailored AI solutions. Providers of next-generation AI cloud services can tap into the resources of Lenovo and NVIDIA to swiftly bring their offerings to market.

The AI Cloud Gigafactory is set to be the first to implement NVIDIA's Blackwell Ultra architecture and will provide support for the newly launched NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72 flagship system. Jensen Huang remarked that Lenovo has been instrumental in constructing a majority of the world's supercomputers.
