On January 4th, Suzhou convened the New-Type Industrialization Promotion Conference alongside the 'AI + Manufacturing' Innovation and Development Conference. Leveraging the manufacturing sector as a springboard, the event signaled a robust push towards advancing the high-quality development of the real economy. During the conference, the 'Suzhou Action Plan for Advancing New-Type Industrialization by 2026' was unveiled, outlining a clear and specific roadmap for Suzhou's endeavors in new-type industrialization over the coming years.

Suzhou is set on its course to become a national exemplar in new-type industrialization, steadfastly following the paths of intelligence, green growth, and integration. The city will roll out 'Eight Major Projects,' encompassing 28 strategic initiatives, with the aim of propelling the total industrial output value of enterprises above a certain scale to surpass RMB 5 trillion.
