In October 2025, Zhu Senhua, who previously served as the head of Huawei Cloud's Embodied Robotics division, left his position to found the startup 'Embodied Brain Panshi'. His vision is to harness brain cognition technology to revolutionize the capabilities of robot brains. With a postdoctoral background in brain neuroscience, Zhu Senhua made notable contributions during his tenure at Huawei Cloud. Within just two months of its inception, 'Embodied Brain Panshi' managed to assemble a seasoned core team and secure a seed funding round amounting to tens of millions of yuan.

Zhu Senhua is of the opinion that current embodied intelligence technology leans too heavily on deep learning models, which come with inherent limitations. He aspires to draw inspiration from the intricate workings of the human brain to bolster the generalization abilities of intelligent machines. He also highlighted the challenge that companies encounter in persuading customers to invest in immature robotic technology. At present, his entrepreneurial venture has established partnerships with several listed companies in China, with a focus on delivering commercial services and catering to industrial scenarios across the Asia-Pacific region. The expectation is to propel the advancement of embodied intelligence technology over the next 3 to 5 years.
