Arm has released 20 technology predictions, indicating that by 2026, there will be trends such as accelerated transformation towards modular chiplet design, migration of AI inference processing to the edge, widespread adoption of multimodal models and intelligent agents, in-depth evolution of computing architectures to break through performance bottlenecks, widespread adoption of heterogeneous integration technologies for chiplets, and a surge in large-scale applications of computing power at the edge and endpoint sides.
