As reported by BleepingComputer, OpenAI has initiated the rollout of an update for the ChatGPT mobile application, granting Android users the ability, for the very first time, to opt for the 'Thinking time' (referred to as the model's 'juice' mode) within the app. In the past, the mobile app exclusively supported the 'Standard Thinking' mode. Meanwhile, the desktop version had already provided users with the flexibility to toggle between 'Standard' and 'Extended Thinking' modes. With this latest update, mobile users now have the freedom to select either 'Standard Thinking' or 'Extended Thinking'. The 'Extended Thinking' mode is characterized by its enhanced computational capabilities, making it an ideal choice for tackling complex queries. However, it's important to note that this advanced mode is exclusively accessible to ChatGPT Plus subscribers and is not available for Go subscribers.
