On December 25, Zhongding disclosed that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Anhui Ruisibo Robotics Technology Co., Ltd., had recently entered into a Project Cooperation Agreement with Shenzhen LimX Dynamics Technology Co., Ltd. and Hefei Flexible Ketian Robotics Materials Co., Ltd. The involved parties intend to jointly invest 50 million yuan to set up a limited liability company. This new entity will be dedicated to the OEM manufacturing of humanoid robots and the development of core component supply capabilities. Specifically, Ruisibo will contribute 30 million yuan in cash, securing a 60% stake in the joint venture; LimX Dynamics will provide 10 million yuan worth of technology, holding a 20% stake; and Flexible Ketian will invest 10 million yuan in cash, also holding a 20% stake.
