Additionally, the plan supports enterprises in their R&D endeavors and the application of modules encompassing optical communication, displays, and audio-video technologies.

Simultaneously, the plan urges eligible regions to intensify their efforts in nurturing enterprises and attracting projects. It encourages these regions to take on annotation tasks that spill over from core cities, with the aspiration of being included in the national data annotation pilot program. Moreover, the plan motivates annotation enterprises to innovate and develop intelligent processing tools and platforms, thereby fostering the growth of the data processing and data service sectors.
