General artificial intelligence company MiniMax recently passed the hearing of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Founded in early 2022, the company focuses on the research and development of general artificial intelligence technology that integrates text, voice, and visual multimodalities. Based on its self-developed large models, it has built an AI native product matrix covering both consumer (C) and business (B) ends, including products such as Hailuo AI, Talkie, and Xingye. Additionally, it provides open platform services for enterprise users and developers. As of September 30, 2025, MiniMax's business has covered over 200 countries and regions, boasting more than 212 million individual users and over 130,000 enterprise clients. Its revenue for the first nine months of 2025 increased by more than 170% year-on-year, with overseas market revenue contributing over 70%. By passing the hearing, MiniMax is expected to further expand its global influence with the help of the capital market.
