This agreement primarily centers on fostering collaboration in cutting-edge technological domains, including artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and civilian nuclear energy. Prior to this development, leading US tech firms such as Microsoft, Google, NVIDIA, and OpenAI had pledged to invest £31 billion to bolster the pertinent infrastructure in the UK.
