NVIDIA has introduced the Nemotron 3 open-source model family, which includes three variants: Nano, Super, and Ultra. The Nano model, featuring 30 billion parameters, is already available; the Super model, with 100 billion parameters, and the Ultra model, with approximately 500 billion parameters, will be released in the first half of 2026.
