During the opening ceremony of the GDPS 2025 Global Developers Pioneer Conference, the Pudong New Area in Shanghai unveiled a series of policies aimed at bolstering innovation and entrepreneurship within the realm of artificial intelligence (AI). At present, Pudong has successfully established a comprehensive AI ecosystem. This ecosystem encompasses foundational chips, algorithmic models, and a diverse array of vertical applications, collectively contributing to an industrial scale that has surpassed 160 billion yuan. Looking ahead, Pudong has set ambitious goals for the next three years, with plans to foster the growth of an additional 1,000 AI companies. The core industry scale is projected to exceed 250 billion yuan during this period.
