At the 2025 Dmall Annual Partner Conference, held in Changsha, Hao Chunqiang, the Vice President of Dmall, took the stage to announce the launch of the upgraded digital retail operating system, Dmall OS 3.X. During the event, he also elaborated on the company's strategic vision, which encompasses intelligence, internationalization, and standardization.
Rooted in the core principle of 'customer-centricity' and upholding the tenets of 'quality first, efficiency supreme,' Dmall OS 3.X has undergone a holistic transformation. It boasts comprehensive enhancements across five pivotal functions: transparent procurement, digital quality control, omnichannel operations, seamless finance, and agile logistics. These upgrades are designed to streamline operations and elevate the overall retail experience.
In conjunction with the system upgrade, Dmall also introduced ten AI application matrices, which collectively form a sophisticated retail intelligence brain. Among these, the intelligent risk control platform stands out, providing robust safeguards throughout the entire business process by accurately pinpointing potential risks.
Hao Chunqiang emphasized that, over the next three years, Dmall will prioritize internationalization, intelligence, and standardization as the cornerstones of its product strategy. Leveraging Dmall OS as its foundation, the company aims to forge strong partnerships with global retail entities, jointly shaping a brighter future for the retail industry.
