The Party Committee of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has released suggestions for the '14th Five-Year Plan', proposing the high-standard construction of a China-ASEAN Artificial Intelligence Application Cooperation Center. Using 'Guangxi Integration' as a starting point and Nanning as the core node, the center will be jointly established, with sub-centers set up in major domestic cities to create hub nodes. It will advance the construction of a security demonstration center and supporting parks to develop the security industry. Collaboratively build corpora, models, and training platforms, explore the establishment of cross-border computing power scheduling hubs and trading platforms, and host high-level AI-Empowered Super League competitions.
