On December 5th, during the 2025 Digital Intelligence Technology Ecosystem Conference—which took place on December 4th—China Telecom announced its enhanced AI-driven '1+1+4+N' framework for low-altitude economic development. This strategic upgrade centers on three pivotal pillars: safety, operational efficiency, and intelligent automation. Key introductions include the Tianyi Xingdun Low-Altitude Detection and Response Platform, the Tianyi Xingkan Unified Flight Management System for Government Services, and the Tianqing 5G-A Low-Altitude Communication Module. Additionally, the Tianyi Xingyun Low-Altitude Flight Operations Platform has been advanced to Version 5.0.

Leveraging a fully integrated intelligent network with end-to-end digital governance capabilities, this system resolves critical challenges in the low-altitude sector, such as fragmented infrastructure, safety vulnerabilities, and suboptimal service delivery. It offers a comprehensive, all-in-one solution tailored for safety oversight, government administration, and civilian applications, thereby fostering sustainable, high-quality growth within the low-altitude economy industry.
