On December 2, the Electronic Information Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) convened a symposium in Beijing to gather extensive feedback on the preparations for establishing the China Artificial Intelligence Terminal Industry Association. During the meeting, key representatives from the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, the China Center for Information Industry Development, the National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center, the China Electronics Standardization Institute, the Fifth Electronics Institute of MIIT, the China Academy of Industrial Internet, the Chinese Institute of Electronics, and other organizations shared their insights on the association's preparatory strategies and future growth trajectories. All attendees concurred that the creation of the China Artificial Intelligence Terminal Industry Association carries profound implications, emphasizing the need to expedite the founding process and establish an entity that genuinely represents and supports the industry, thereby fostering the high-caliber development of China's artificial intelligence terminal sector.
