On November 27, during a press conference hosted by the National Development and Reform Commission, it was disclosed that China's embodied AI industry is experiencing rapid growth, with an expansion rate surpassing 50%. By 2030, the market size is projected to reach hundreds of billions of yuan. Nonetheless, it is crucial to remain alert to potential risks, including a high degree of product similarity and mass launches of comparable products. At present, pertinent departments are intensifying policy guidance, expediting technological advancements, and facilitating the practical application of research outcomes. Moving forward, an entry-exit mechanism tailored for the embodied AI industry will be instituted. Additionally, support will be extended to the research and development of technologies like the synergy between 'large and small brain' models and the harmonization of cloud-side and end-side computing capabilities, with the aim of tackling pivotal challenges in the industry's progression.
