As per a report from hackernoon, Amazon has issued an internal memo to its engineers, urging them to steer clear of third-party AI programming tools and embrace its proprietary Kiro service instead. This memo has been disseminated on the company's internal news platform and has been verified by an Amazon spokesperson. The memo explicitly states that while Amazon will maintain support for third-party tools already in use, it will cease to extend support for any additional external AI development services.
