On the afternoon of November 25, Kingsoft Office hosted the 'WPS 365 AI Collaborative Office Conference' in Beijing. At the event, CEO Zhang Qingyuan made a significant announcement: WPS 365 has officially been upgraded to a worldwide, all-in-one AI collaborative office platform. This upgrade introduces innovative products, including the WPS Lingxi Enterprise Edition, Team Space, and the 'Qingzhou' engine. Additionally, two core AI products—the Smart Document Library and Digital Employee—have also been enhanced. The revamped WPS 365 stands as the first AI collaborative office platform to offer a complete product suite, catering to mainstream global platforms and connecting users across the globe.

Zhang Qingyuan emphasized that in the age of AI, collaborative office software is set to evolve into a 'knowledge repository,' a 'digital employee carrier,' and a 'provider of capabilities and services.' The vision for WPS 365 is to empower enterprises and organizations to construct their distinct 'enterprise brains.' As organizations expand, they encounter challenges such as a proliferation of internal systems, growing information silos, and the risk of data breaches. WPS 365's one-stop collaborative office capabilities seamlessly merge its comprehensive product suite, ensuring unified entry points, integration, data management, and control to optimize organizational efficiency.

To tackle global communication and compliance hurdles for enterprises venturing overseas, WPS 365 is set to release an international edition by the year's end. This edition will facilitate global integrated office operations, boasting compatibility in formats, consistent interfaces, and seamless interoperability with Microsoft 365. Moreover, WPS 365 leads the way in achieving native IT innovation and full-stack adaptation, covering nearly all operating systems and mainstream CPU brands across diverse platforms.

Vice President Wang Dong highlighted that, despite the integration of products into a one-stop solution, there has been no price hike. In fact, the overall cost remains less than one-third of the industry average. The AI middleware platform can atomically deliver the core capabilities of the 'enterprise brain,' facilitating the intelligent upgrade of business systems with lightweight deployment and standardized access.

Zhang Qingyuan also pointed out that the 'enterprise brain' within collaborative office software necessitates both a large model engine and the 'hands and feet' to execute tasks. For enterprises, merely having a large model trained on global knowledge is inadequate; they also require their own private domain knowledge. Kingsoft Office can assist enterprises in activating their full-domain knowledge to drive informed decision-making through the 'enterprise brain.' In the first three quarters of 2025, the revenue generated by the WPS 365 business reached 151 million yuan, 158 million yuan, and 201 million yuan, respectively. With a growth rate of 71.61% in the third quarter, WPS 365 has emerged as a new growth engine for Kingsoft Office.
