Deutsche Bank strategists have expressed the view that the probability of a widespread market sell-off, driven by worries over an artificial intelligence (AI) bubble, remains low. They characterized last week's market correction as more of a "reversal of extreme positioning" rather than a sign of impending doom. In their report, a team comprising Maximilian Uleer and Carolin Raab pointed out that while concerns, such as those regarding the investment cycle or uncertainties surrounding the monetization of AI, will continue to linger, they do not pose an immediate threat at this juncture.
