On November 13 (local time), a federal judge in Texas, the United States, decreed that Apple Inc. and OpenAI are obligated to respond to the lawsuit initiated by Musk's xAI company. Prior to this, both Apple and OpenAI had submitted motions to have the lawsuit dismissed. However, the judge turned down their requests and mandated that both entities furnish additional documentation to clarify their respective stances. In August of this year, xAI company lodged a lawsuit against OpenAI and Apple Inc. in the Federal Court of Texas, the United States, accusing them of engaging in an unlawful conspiracy to hinder fair competition within the artificial intelligence sector.
