Shanghai has taken the lead in endorsing two groundbreaking AI large models from foreign enterprises, which have now successfully cleared national registration hurdles. These models are the Tesla xBot customer service system and the Volvo Xiaowo intelligent assistant. They stand as the inaugural batch of large-scale AI products from overseas companies to receive approval and launch in China. As of November 12th, Shanghai has witnessed the registration of 115 generative artificial intelligence services. Specifically, the Tesla xBot customer service offers comprehensive intelligent Q&A services, spanning pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales support for both car owners and potential customers. Meanwhile, the Xiaowo intelligent assistant caters to Volvo car enthusiasts and buyers, providing intelligent Q&A services related to car usage and purchase. Moreover, the 'Mercedes-Benz Virtual Assistant' has also secured national approval, marking its place as one of the first batch of approved and launched large model products from foreign enterprises, but this time in Beijing.
