The General Office of the Fujian Provincial People's Government recently released the "Several Measures to Foster the Development and Empowerment Applications of the Artificial Intelligence Industry in Fujian Province." This document outlines a strategy to closely align with national computing power policies and orchestrate a coordinated plan for computing power resources across the province. The overarching goal is to drive forward the centralized development of computing power infrastructure, establish a provincial-level integrated public service platform for computing power resources, and achieve seamless networked scheduling, affordability, user-friendliness, environmental sustainability, and security. Additionally, it aims to bolster the support for computing power services.
Leveraging the Minning (Fujian-Ningxia) collaborative framework, the initiative also promotes the "Fujian Data, Ningxia Computing" model. Under this scheme, enterprises that make annual purchases of computing power services totaling 100,000 yuan (inclusive) or more will be eligible for subsidies. These subsidies will cover no more than 50% of the actual service fees incurred during that year, with a cap of 500,000 yuan per enterprise.
